Prototype Avenue

Our vision of the future can already be experienced in loco.

To bring the main features of the development to life, the Prototype Avenue was built. Driving through it allows you to experience firsthand
the construction quality of Casa Figueira and discover how life can improve when surrounded by innovative and sustainable urban parameters.

The bike lane, for example, will be connected to the Norte-Sul bike lane, opening access to the city’s main destinations. In terms of mobility, the Prototype Avenue is free
of exposed wiring and features lighting poles oriented both toward the street and sidewalks. Environmental preservation is also present through selective waste collection and an electric-car charging point. Many other details were also designed so cyclists, pedestrians, and public and private transport can coexist harmoniously.
