Cultural Epicenter of the Neighborhood

“Every seed carries within it the tree
that will one day grow.”

The old manor house, once the headquarters of Fazenda Brandina, shelters in its garden a lush Fig Tree with more than 200 years of history.
It was under the shade of this majestic tree that the ceremony for the donation of the farm to the FEAC Foundation took place, established in 1964.
The neighborhood’s name pays tribute to this noble act of generosity, as does the immersive space Casa Figueira, which will feature
a new Fig Tree planted in honor of the place where it all began.

The project by the Andrade Morettin architecture firm includes a 150-seat auditorium,
featuring state-of-the-art acoustics, lighting equipment, and scenic resources.
