To make the main differences of the development tangible, we built the Prototype street. When moving along it, you can experience the constructive quality of Casa Figueira in loco and discover how life can be better when we are surrounded by innovative and sustainable urban parameters.
The cycle path, for example, will be connected to the North-South cycle path, opening the way to the main destinations in the city. Also in terms of mobility, the Prototype Street is free from visible wires and the lamp posts face the road and sidewalk. Environmental preservation is also included, through selective collection and electric car charging points. Further, a series of other details were designed so that cyclists, pedestrians and public and private transport coexist in harmony.
