Manifesto

Hello!
We are Casa Figueira.

More than a Smart City project, we invest in the dream of building the best district in Brazil for our people.

People who dream.
People who make things happen.
People who want to be more!

People who know their own identity, who carry history, roots,
and generosity.

People who want to experience
the city for real.

A new symbol of integration, community, and quality of life
in Campinas.

You can imagine it!

Living the best
of every possibility.

Embracing a present
full of opportunities.

Sharing the same space in its entirety.

Growing. Developing. Walking
side by side. Moving around.
And arriving there together!

The new reference in
urban living.

Creating businesses connected to more
human and sustainable values.

Turning leisure, culture,
and living into daily and diverse inspiration.

The movement is just beginning.
The future is near and begins here.
Come be a part of it.

At Casa Figueira, everyone
is always welcome because,
for us, encounters are destiny.

Casa Figueira.
Your place for new connections.

Location

CAMPINAS.
A VOCATION FOR INNOVATION,
TRANSFORMATION, AND GROWTH.

Campinas is among the 10 largest Brazilian municipalities in terms of economic activity, technology, academic presence,
major exhibitions, art events, and quality of life. The city is served by the largest highway network in the country. Viracopos is already considered
the best airport in Brazil and, in a short period of time, will become the largest air hub in South America.

Since its emergence in the 18th century as a rural district of the town of Jundiaí, the municipality has undergone an intense growth process.
This is proven by its ability to embrace urban transformations, recreate regions, revitalize parks
and public spaces, and prioritize public transport and urban mobility.

Iguatemi and FEAC: partners
in transformation.

On one side, a group known for creating exceptional spaces for retail and leisure.
On the other, a foundation that invests in social and educational initiatives. These two forces, united, make it possible
for Casa Figueira to leave the drawing board and come to life. After all, a project of this magnitude must operate on two essential fronts: lifestyle and social awareness.

One of the largest full-service companies in the Brazilian shopping center sector, operating since 1966 and focused on delivering excellence and memorable experiences to every visitor. It conceives, plans, develops, and manages shopping centers, outlets, and mixed-use real estate complexes with commercial towers. Together, its thousands of employees work with a strong commitment to excellence and take pride in being part of one of the most solid companies in the market. It leads the way with a lasting legacy, a human perspective, and kindness in every moment.
